Hi I was charged for the free trial - my money was not returned- I cannot use free trial expires soon and it says that I have no card details..

Hi Tina - Most likely you have a second account with us that has an active subscription, which is why you received the charge. Please email us at help@scribd.com and we will absolutely locate that account and issue a refund. Thank you!

Try visiting their support site, logging in/verifying your email, and checking to see if you're "eligible for a refund". These guys are shady as hell, though, so if you've used your account within the last 30 days they may not offer a refund at all.
