How many TurboTax Premier 2017 for Mac OS have you sold? Have you had any complaints?

I made my first purchase 45 minutes ago and have yet to receive a confirmation on the exact item purchased. An email was sent from Pay Pal verifying how much I spent and that it was from Floral memorials. Nothing was said about when the item will be shipped or when it will arrive. I feel like I was scammed and it worries me.
Recently opened a shop on your site. A few questions, (1) would like to customize my shop, add my logo, put in my own policies - is this possible? (2) Also how am I notified of a sale? (3) do you have an app?
Can I sell an item through SMP, but use my own means to ship the item? Or is it all done through SMP?

Scott's Marketplace is an online marketplace for independent business owners across the USA. Scott's Marketplace itself was originally started in Scottsdale, Arizona, but we now have folks working in Colorado, and the midwest, in addition to Arizona. As for the sellers on our marketplace, they are located throughout the country. Their location can be found below their store name.
