I made my first purchase 45 minutes ago and have yet to receive a confirmation on the exact item purchased. An email was sent from Pay Pal verifying how much I spent and that it was from Floral memorials. Nothing was said about when the item will be shipped or when it will arrive. I feel like I was scammed and it worries me.
Recently opened a shop on your site. A few questions, (1) would like to customize my shop, add my logo, put in my own policies - is this possible? (2) Also how am I notified of a sale? (3) do you have an app?
Can I sell an item through SMP, but use my own means to ship the item? Or is it all done through SMP?
