Answer:

I have never had any problems with them. It did take a little bit of time for my stuff to get to me but, I had ordered around the Holidays. Being that it so far it does take some time. Call their customer service, maybe they can track it or give you a refund. Sorry, if I wasn't much help but, I haven't had any problems with them.

What is the address for returns i have asked 5 times, keep being told i can return it to their us warehouse but noone has giving me the address! i'm so pissed. i want to return it today! the products are cheap garbage! Answer:

They do not accept returns to their US warehouse, forcing you instead to ship them back to china at your expense, all in an effort to discourage returns for refunds. Often the cost of shipping is more than the cost of the order, so dissatisfied customers just walk away from their money.

Answer:

I purchased a swimsuit, 2 of them actually. I would they are true to fit. You might find the bottom portion a bit snug when trying to put it on but after the first wear it stretches out I wish I could have bought the bottom one size up. The top was fine since I'm an A cup. Just wish they had an opening where I can insert some padding for support and comfort. I'm 5'4" amd 145lbs

Go with standard shipping. Remember, these items are coming from China. They have to go through customs so it will take a while. Be patient. I have received all my items and if it takes too long they will send a refund and still let you keep the items when they finally arrive.

I am looking for a pair of formal shoes to buy because they are good quality but in some shoes i fit in size 44 and in some size 45 so i want to ask that if i order something from the online store will they exchange my product if there is problem in the size? it would be amazing if they do.

Answer:

Would never bother even considering to purchase from there they charge way to much shipping but make you wait a very long ytime and most of the time you wont even get what you orded i have experianced enough fro them to know for a fact its a no go they owe me alot of money which i know i will never see again its been around 6 or more months
