So, horrible, didn't get what I ordered. Ordered mens xl and couldn't fit my 5"2 petite gf. Not worth sending back. Avoid this sh**ty site

I wish you good luck once it is the hands of the Credit card people i. E. paypal. You can keep contacting the ROTTEN company and seeing if they will send you a check for the full amount which they told me and I was able to get my money back from my bank Card Company. I wish this company would get closed for good. They are an awful company to work with and I believe that they have their employees right in to give them a good score. They LIE and LIE. Had I read just a few of these I would have never tried to buy a thing from them. Thank you Judy Wood

I sent another message explaining I would take more than drastic measures and today I looked in my email and recieved a message from PayPal saying they are processing my refund.

I filed a dispute with PayPal too. I don't want measley store credit. Hell I am never ordering with them again. No matter how cheap their products are, it's not worth this headache!
I hope PayPal resolves it for me and gets me my money back.

If you paid using paypal or a credit card, you should go that route for a refund. If you paid via any other method then sammydress will steal your money. You could email sammydress, but this probably won't get you far. You need to engage with a senior manager. Their young service staff are hopeless and will just waste your time: support@sammydress.com

They refused to reimburse my money for a wrong order, and instead just gave me a measley $2 store credit towards my next purchase! When I told them how insulting this was, they increased it to $3!

From the emails from their customer service department, 1. Upon receiving the product back they will credit your wallet (which means you will have a credit with them for future purchase, 2. You can keep the product & they again credit your wallet for a percentage 3. You can return the items for an exchange of size or color etc but the return slip for mailing has to be in chinese & as far as I know the return slip is not preprinted.

The only way I got my money back was because I paid with PayPal. They helped me through the dispute center. Amazing people. I hope you paid with PayPal.

Submit a ticket under the order. They usually respond within 24-48 hours. You could also use the number on the website to contact customer service

There's 2 ways to contact customer support. You can click this link and submit a question or click on "my Account", select "My Orders", then on the right side of the page click "My Tickets"
Tickets are direct messages to customer support representatives.
On the far right side of the "My Tickets" page click "Submit Ticket" and fill in the submission fields

Tell them you need a refund and have the item numbers or links ready. You can find item number when you open up your order list

They usually reply within 24hr unless they're having a very busy order period

Still in process filed a dispute with PayPal hope they resolve and refund not done yet but should know final results by next week
