There should be something on that email to contact them. I wouldn't buy with from them again. I have lost a lot of money because there refund policy is disgusting. A fortune to return the product, which is at your expense and they also charge you a 15% restocking charge from your original purchase price. From a $500.00 purchase including freight. Then approx $140:00 return freight to return my products because they don't fit. I will only get back around $200:00. They don't loose as they get to sell the clothes again or you just wipe off the original purchase as a stupid mistake. Either way you loose. Buyer beware... Sheryl
I'm sorry you're not satisfied with the status of your order Ashley. That seems to be a popular complaint. I've never had an issue with the company. Like said above, if you have concerns email them. They're pretty good at responding when I need help.
Go with standard shipping. Remember, these items are coming from China. They have to go through customs so it will take a while. Be patient. I have received all my items and if it takes too long they will send a refund and still let you keep the items when they finally arrive.
Some of them do, some don't. It's best to read reviews on the fit for each item.
Keep checking your account after my order went through, someone tried to get another 3000. 00 from me security at my bank stopped it from going through. Good luck I recieved my tops they are really cheep no tags on them either found that weird.
