See how you go, you should get a response through that way. Also look at the email which they sent you. There should be something on that email to contact them. I wouldn't buy with from them again. I have lost a lot of money because there refund policy is disgusting. A fortune to return the product, which is at your expense and they also charge you a 15% restocking charge from your original purchase price. From a $500.00 purchase including freight. Then approx $140:00 return freight to return my products because they don't fit. I will only get back around $200:00. They don't loose as they get to sell the clothes again or you just wipe off the original purchase as a stupid mistake. Either way you loose. Buyer beware...

I'm not real sure what is going on with that. I went through Paypal for my purchase. The customer service is usually pretty good getting back to with an email, usually the very next day you have an answer.
