Of course they are from China, you can see most of their models. Talk to them I am sure they can refund you.

When i try and call customer service it does not even go through, i made my order over 10 days ago and is taking forever to get here. i need to talk to someone over the phone and i cant. it is starting to make me doubt sammy dress.

Answer:

Terrible company, I would never recommend them. I contacted them 6 times with no satisfaction. I got a refund from paypal in the end.

Answer:

I've been waiting 5 weeks for my swimsuit and still haven't gotten it. Guess I will have to go to a regular retail store. Never ordering from this place again.

Answer:

I'm normally an L or XL because of my chest & arm length. If the XL measurements given for a product are close to what yours are be careful. Their sizes run small so always order a size or two up. If the measurements look like they'd be too big that's ok!

Answer:

I have never had any problems on this site, always got my orders. Chinese sizes tend to be a bit smaller. Only problem is that the material is sometimes is very poor not exactly what you see in the picture.
