When I try and call customer service it does not even go through, I made my order over 10 days ago and is taking forever to get here. I need to talk to someone over the phone and I cant. It is starting to make me doubt Sammy dress.

Terrible company, I would never recommend them. I contacted them 6 times with no satisfaction. I got a refund from paypal in the end.

These people are irresponsible and unresponsive. Go to their website to check on your order and contact them.

I only did business with them once and it was a bad experience. I wrote my review hoping I would spare someone the headache of dealing with an unreliable company. I'm sorry about your situation. Check China time before you call, we have a big time difference. You might be calling them when they are closed

Feel free to continue doubting. I ordered one dress and it took 6 months to get to me. When if finally arrived, it was too small. The only thing I've ever bought from them that comes within a week is their jewelry. Be ware though, all of their stuff is cheaply made (including the jewelry). As far as what to do about customer service, at this point you can only react so if I were you, I'd react my way into ordering from anyone else but them. The 10 Dollar Mall is great or the 1015 Store, for good deals that is. Hope this helps.

I ordered two items in January, I received one item in May and I'm still waiting on the second item. I would not recommend this website for anybody but because I did receive one item so it's safe to say they do exist. I could not get through on the telephone and no one would respond to my messages.

Hi, I open a ticket and ask my questions there. They always answer, sometimes it takes a couple of days for them to respond. Sometimes the items that I order are out of stock and they offer to make an exchange or a refund. I usually wait for the items. They give me a approximate date when they will ship and it does ship in that amount of time. You do have to make the inquiry because they will not let you know unles you do. I have waited as long as 30 days if the item is back ordered. I have learned to be extremely patient with this web site. I have always been satisfied with what I have ordered.

You'll never have results with the phone. The only word I can use here is patience. Ten days to wait on this company is nothing. I ordered scarves on Mar. 30th which, as this date, have never arrived. They will just tell you to be patient. Even if you do email them, they will shine you on.

I could NEVER talk to anyone and it took over 3 months for things to arrive. Finally arrived and all were too small. I am a size 6. I asked them to send a return address as there is no packing slip and they never did. Horrible business!

You send a ticket to them. They answer you back the next business day or same day even as in my case. My order arrived in 2 weeks, the fastest one with only few jewelries in that order. The other 3 orders (consisting clothes) I made came 3-4 weeks. It all came just fine. I used flat rate shipping. The processing times take the most waiting time then once your order is shipped, the customs in Hongkong where your order goes through takes the most waiting time as well. Other than those things, with 5 orders I made, 4 going to Canada, 1 to Philippines, all my orders were in excellent condition and well taken care of.

Well through my research, I did in fact discover NUMEROUS COMPLAINTS against this company. My Initial order went off without a hitch, once payment went through, I was then told that both products were on backorder. Long story short, they refused to cancel/refund My order, then half the order showed up with still no explanation regarding the rest of it.
Once they realized that the stupidest thing they could try to do is to try to wear down a Sicilian woman in simply giving up on the money she paid, they new they screwed up!
There base work model is to send partial or none of your orders, and see if you have enough business smarts to fight til you get what you paid for and deserve.
I promise you that I can be a strong advocate for her, and please call me if I care assist you in any way.

Unfortunately, you might be a victim just like the thousands of people who ordered from them. They will not answer to phone calls and emails. I ordered 3 items and only 1 came after 2 months, after that, they just ignore people. They will not send you refund. They give fake tracking numbers through China Post. If you are lucky enough, they send you products that would fit a toddler and material is garbage (will rip in minutes). They will continue to ignore you until you give up. Thousands of negative consumer comments on this site and people are still falling for it. They are a bunch of crooks and we just had to learn the hard way. Sorry to see another victim by these criminals in CHINA.

I gave up. I think they are a rip off company. I never ever received my order. Call your credit card company and see if they can help get your money back.
