I ordered a pandora double leather bracelet, but now it is starting to change color and i haven't even worn it yet, which leads me to believe that it is not real. can i return an item if it has been a while since i ordered it?

Answer:

Go to pandora's official site under explore-the-brand/authorized-retailers 20th on the list, they're an authorized retailer with Pandora so they will try to avoid anything fake from that brand especially. Generally their stuff is new but I'm pretty sure they bulk buy and they do seem to specialize in the ones that are no longer in production. That said, if it's been a while since you bought it (over their 30 day policy) it can be difficult to get a return.
