Why have you changed the name from wholesaleitonline.com to rotita.com? were you getting too many bad reviews?

Answer:

It has been close ot 3 months and I still have not been able to resolve my refund... stay away from Rotita!

I ordered online... originally linked to the site from facebook. i placed my order, put in my credit card info, but didn't get a confirmation or order number and 30 minutes later still haven't received a confirmation email. how can i confirm my order?

Answer:

My experience was pretty much like the other complaints. Their products are cheap and its definitely " you get what you pay for". They donot pay for returns because they are located in China. The sizes are Asian not American and run very small. Not a company I would use again. Facebook needs to take them down.

I've spoken to their customer service asking for a refund since they sent me a completely different item but they refused. so i tried to get it trough paypal but the seller would'nt allow it. anyone tried to file a complaint and managed to get their money back by letting paypal handle it?

So you could return anything you want, under the condition it's in original condition. Postal service is a good way to return, and I suppose its not much expensive. After we get the return package, 100% refund will be issued. Our customer service will send the return address to you, please submit a ticket ASAP and we are expecting for an earlier reply. I order a jumpsuit on dec8, the email that i received after placing my order said my item will be ship within 3-5 days and i will receive another email after my item shipped with a tracking number. today is the 14, what is going on?

Answer:

No, it is not a legit site, and I can't express enough DO NOT ORDER. You may get your product (I didn't have any problem with that as some have), but your product will not fit and will be poorly made. You will NOT get your money back. Find another website!

Honestly how long does it take to receive an order

Sorry I can't remember but I do know your order (if you get it) will take ages, the quality is rubbish and you won't get a full refund. They are very slow at replying to emails. The dress I or Derek had a hole right in the front and should never have been sent out.

Please do not order from this company- you could receive your items within 4-6 weeks minimally. If you do not like the items, you will likely not hear back from them once you return them for a refund

Is rotita real website... it isn't secure. i bought something but haven't go a tracking number but they have taken from my paypal account?

It is a real site and as far as I can tell from the other reviews here you have a 50/50 chance of receiving your items. I did indeed receive my order. But as my review states the clothes were of very cheap material, poorly constructed, and barely resembled the picture from the website from which I ordered. There are people who have posted positive experiences with Rotita. I am not one of those people but I hope, by some luck, you have a good experience.

3-4 weeks but you don't necessary get what you ordered.
