Hi there I came across your site and saw a bunch of cute clothing items I would like to buy, but about 90% of the reviews you are getting from customers is negative and very discouraging. Whats the reason for all of these complaints like the outfit not fitting right or looking like it is online, cheap quality, items not being shipped or being shipped two months later, not able to get a hold of customer service etc etc. It almost feels like a scam, like the company is just taking peoples money and not actually shipping the items being purchased. I am asking you to enlighten me on this and help me understand why this is happening as I am very scared to place an order and the same exact thing happen to me. I appreciate your response. A: A: You'd be crazy to order from this company. What you see isn't what you get. They use images from other websites and try and replica the items only what you receive is very cheap clothing poorly made and nothing like what you think you ordered. My items went in the bin, unwearable. Tried to get a refund but gave up dealing with them. They are a scam! Save your money shop elsewhere. I tried putting reviews on their Facebook page but they have blocked me. The positive reviews you see on here are all from Rotita employees to cover up the negative reviews. If they were so good there wouldn't be so many pissed off customers!

The closthes are horribly made and the material is so thin and cheap. The clothing looks nothing like what is displayed on the models wearing them. I bought a bunch of dresses and nothing fits at all. It cost me almost $100 for the order and to ship it back will cost as much. Ridiculous! They are counting on people buying and not returning so they still have your money

Just order a size bigger than you normally would. Clothes look great and they are nice, my wife who is Thai orders from them all the time with great success.

Mine looked fine. But it was made in China. I looked at there chart. I order the one for my size. I got it in the mail and it went up my crotch. Did not fit
