They are located in Chine. I have ordered from other sites that are based in China and have gotten good quality stuff that has been shipped in the time that was stated. If I had read all the reviews prior to ordering from this site I would have never ordered in the first place.

China. However, like all of the other reviewers, I can say don't order from them. The products (assuming you actually receive your order) is generally not like the pictures. Sizes that ship may be totally different from what you order and even if the sizes are correct, something will be wrong with the product that precludes the purchaser from actually being able to wear the product. In our situation, the tops fit my daughter everywhere except the sleeves (which were so tight, it was uncomfortable).

In HELL! The asswipes took my money and never delivered the item. When I tried to contact them using the very same email I signed up with to place my order I just keep getting a message that my email is " invalid". SO SO many people are enraged by this company and looking for legal recourse.

Hi, not sure where they are based, think it's China, But i have tracked orders that i have made one is from China the other two have been from Belgium.
Please do read the shipping times especially if you are from another country they do have a shipping table with approx times in which to expect your order, i would recommend Tracking the orders.
I have had no trouble with Rosewholesale site even my missing order issue was resolved amicably :)

They are in Mainland China. There are other wholesale companies in China which sell decent items and which won't swindle you, but Rose Wholesale is the absolute WORST COMPANY EVER. They are a bunch of crooks who sell garbage.

China. However if you return the clothes to the address on the package you receive them in they will claim they are not returned to the correct address and will not return your money. They will keep the returned clothes and may offer you credit. Totally scamming. I would recommend you don't order.

No they were "returned" back to the company and they refunded me my money and I had to place the order again.

I don't know, but the tracking system has updated to say it should arrive this week. I will not order from them again.

I encourage you to read about the business, policies, procedures, etc. Once you are informed make up your own mind if it is a rip off or great clothes you might not otherwise afford. For every complainer in here there are many, many more happy customers.
