I have had many issues with Rosewholesale. I think they work with our money and then, they say the items are out of stock, they do not return money, IT IS A SCAM, please do not give them a second chance, it a FRAUD:

I have literally seen their items in several stores here in the USA. I've not had that many problems. However, one order via paypal isn't working out like it should. Overall, it's not too shabby. The jewerly is what I like the best. The price and same in Sam Moon's.

It depends on where it comes from. My first item I ever ordered took approx. A month. The 2nd time I ordered it was here within 2 weeks. Rather strange I thought, but I planned on it being longer so I ordered it sooner. Worked out. Give yourself time when ordering to be safe.

I have not had problems with Rosewholesale or Rosegal, one of their other companies. I have ordered once with Rosewholesale and once with Rosegal. The items were not expensive, so I only expected quality that would represent the price I paid. Surprisingly with that thought in mind, I was rather surprised at the quality. I have ordered one dress, one top, one watch, one pair of shoes and two handbags. The only item that fell below my modest expectations was one handbag. I have never had to contact their customer service department regarding any concerns, so I can't comment on that side of their businesses. Shipping is not fast, so you have to accept that. Items can come packaged separately even if they were ordered together. You do not pay extra postage for this. I think if you are realistic about what you will be getting, there is nothing wrong at all with the products.

No, shipping fees are completely separate from the initial price of the item. Shipping cost is included at the end of the purchase and please give yourself 3-5 days of processing time when you make a purchase so you won't get disappointed if your order doesn't arrive on time.

Well, all I can say is good luck. I ordered 3 items of clothing last fall and only got one of them. They use a fake shipping number and you cannot reach anyone to talk to. However they DO monitor this site and say how sorry they are for your problems and how they STRIVE to satisfy their customers. If they would spend the time actually shipping out orders instead of monitoring this site, maybe people would get their orders... sometime... someday... in a far away land!

I'm a MEDUIM. I ordered extra large - XL. The elbow length sleeve, long t-shirts were fine. So were the loose fitting sweater wraps/dolman sleeves. I didn't order anything really "fitted", but ordering 2 SIZES up worked ok for me. The quality isn't great, but you likely know by now that you're taking a chance. Have no idea about shoe sizing. I have to agree. I have paid for several items I have not received and have been trying to get them for 2 months and they haven't returned my money

I seem to be one of the few people who actually received my order and got pretty good customer service in terms of response time. Also, I received the ordr quickly. HOWEVER, the clothes are crappy - awful material and the XL sizes I ordered appear to be US size 6, and one is maybe a 2 or 4. Then the process for returning them involves taking photo and meaurements to send them, lots of trouble, plus you pay for the return shipping even though what you received is not what you ordered... I decided to simply keep the clothes and will give them away. The handbag I bought is very pretty but arrived with a chip in the front that I've covered with nail polish. The shoes are pretty but too small, will take them to the shoe repair guy and see if he can stretch them - again, it's simply too much trouble to return them. The photos of the clothes are really pretty, but what you get is really cheap - which I guess is why the prices are so low. I would not send that requested information to ANYONE. Good luck!

I have not had a problem with Rosewholesale.com. When I posted a bad review on this site they refunded my money right away. I don't think they are as bad as some of these post say. But I can only speak for myself. I am waiting for arrival from sister company's. But I always get good service when I purchase things with expedited shipping. I don't really know? But I think 30 to 45 days for flat shipping/ground.

I've usually gotten mine within a week. Although sometimes they ship pieces separately. I am still waiting for 2 out of 6 pieces I ordered about 2 weeks ago. I got 4 of them, but they must have been waiting for back orders on the other 2. I have not had an experience like those who have said they are a scam. I've been very happy with them and really like the stuff I've ordered. I'm not saying bad things don't happen, but it hasn't happened to me.

The quality isn't there... the fabric is synthetic, the colour in the photos are altered to look more appealing, I did get a refund for one item because it was so poorly made and damaged. So out of the 4 items I liked one BUT it didn't match the colour in the photo. The pattern was a tan color, not the light pink tone it showed in the photo.It's not a scam IMO, they just sell poor quality stuff. You pay so little for a reason. Be aware that this company goes under different names, and they do sell on ebay as well. I think with most issues that are willing to work with you if there is something wrong with the item and you can prove with photos.

No it does not include shipping. Be very careful if you order from them. I would not place an order. They do not ship when they are suppose. The size will not be the size you order.

They ripped me off too. One blouse did not fit, the other I never got but was charged for both and complained they never gave me my money back. Do not do business with this company!

Always add at least size up from what you actually measured and chart corresponding conversion sizing. My conclusion: if you aresize "0" teen-they may work for you, if you mature person-there is no way it will fit you.

There is a tracking number on the order confirmation email they send you when they initially rob you. They do recognize that as an "order number "... they just dont do anything about it.

They have probably blocked you as they did me.

Sorry sweetie I wouldn't hold your breath. Luckily I paid by paypal so I got my money back. There response was really slack - paypal was my savour. I waited three months before going to Paypal.

You need to get to a store immediately. U will not receive your dress and if and when you do, it will be very poor quality at best. They should be shut down. I had a very bad experience with this company. Emails back and forth, never got all of my order, they wanted more money to ship my out of stock items after I paid in full.

I ordered items in November 2014 and it's April 2015 and I've not received the items or a refund. Shop elsewhere. Buyer beware.

Don't count on this company for your dress. Please, even if you get the dress in time, it will not fit. They send items in little girl sizes and the quality will not be one which you would like people to see on a special day. All are right here when they tell you to get to a store and buy a dress. If you were lucky enough to get this through Pay Pal they will see that you get your money back. So sorry you didn't read these before you bought.

I suggest yo measure yourself before placing and order. Their sizes are small so its best you use your measurements, because they do indicate on the size charts who big their small, medium, etc is, for every piece of clothing. For the shoes as well, they indicate that their size 39 is UK 5, US 7, etc

None of the sizes are the same as american european. These are Chinese sizes which are considerable smaller. I wear a medium in american sizes which is a 3XL in Chinese size and the proportions are still a little off. Unless you're asian, I suggest you pay the extra and order from an American site If you want to save money, there are plenty of discount stores around

Hi Mary, your coat does not fit because Rosewholesale is a cheap Chinese sweatshop that makes rubbish clothing from cheap materials. Your ill-fitting jacket will last about 2 weeks, if you could even struggle into it. Remember next time, never buy from this site.

Average 8 weeks, generally 12 - 16 weeks in dribs and drabs (even though I paid a very large mailing fee to Australia). Cancel! Cancel! Cancel! You will hate your order when you get it and it will not fit, be unwearable etc etc. Cancel! Cancel! Cancel! There are no second chances with this company - it is the worst place I have dealt with ever.

Don't bother with this site, sure the clothing is adorable and oh so cheap. I wear a size 14 and bought and XL. They wouldn't even fit a my daughter who wears a size 10 when I got them.
