Are the sizes true to size? i'm a regular 10/12 in us size depending on fit. should i be ordering the xl? are these sizes listed from china, as i know china sizes are much smaller than us

Are the clothes good? do they look and appear like the pictures you see on the website?

Answer:

No, they are not good and does not look like they appear on the site. I'm in the process of trying to return faulty merchandise now and have been given the run around since December 22nd and still no resolution. I highly recommend avoiding spending your money with these people.

I never returned the second batch of items because I never received them. I just went filed complaints through my credit card company and paypal and because they didn't respond within the allotted time (they knew they were dead wrong) I was reimbursed in full. They are con-artists.

Is this a scam cause if i pay for it and don't get it i want a full refund

You might get your stuff, but it will be crap. And if you want a refund, that will turn into crap too. Sorry, this company, Rosewe, is one of the Yigou Group, and they sell leftovers, damaged and returned goods-- basically whatever is in their warehouses that nobody in China wants so they will unload on you. You can ask for a refund all you want but it will fall on deaf ears. They get your money and you get their crap-- then they laugh all the way to the bank. If you paid with PayPal, then Paypal will give you Rosewe's address and you'll have to send the crap back(with signature)in order to get a refund, but shipping back to China costs a fortune and Rosewe knows you are not going to do it. Well, good luck anyway.

Answer:

Save your money, you will not get what you ordered, not in size, quality, or prompt delivery. If you try to return the items, again you'll be disappointed and out more money. Good luck.

Why is it that i ordered an outfit on the 19th of may 2016, an outfit that said it ships in one day and i paid for expedited shipping as well, that it is may the 24th and it still hasn't shipped? you got confirmation from my personal bank and paypal that the payment had been distributed and i then got confirmation from you guys that it had been received. why do i have to harass and constantly submit tickets to you guys to receive products that i paid for with my own damn money? and i won't even get the outfit on time because you guys are lolly gagging like its funny or something. i don't appreciate this treatment at all.
