Why is it that I ordered an outfit on the 19th of May 2016, an outfit that said it ships in one day and I paid for expedited shipping as well, that it is may the 24th and it still hasn't shipped? You got confirmation from my personal bank and PayPal that the payment had been distributed and I then got confirmation from you guys that it had been received. Why do I have to harass and constantly submit tickets to you guys to receive products that I paid for with my own damn money? And I won't even get the outfit on time because you guys are lolly gagging like its funny or something. I don't appreciate this treatment at all.

You should start the dispute process with PayPal now. You'll get a package in a few weeks that looks nothing like the pictures on the website and have no luck getting a refund from Rosewe
