Here’s what consumers have asked with answers from Roselinlin staff and previous consumers.
Nothing. They are in CHINA and the clothes MAY arrive in 6 months. Mine did but many people complain they never got them. For the entire 6 months the "fake" tracking number said it was in a holding facility in San Francisco. There are NO phone numbers and NO addresses. If you don't like the clothes, which I did NOT, you cannot return them. They will offer you a discount but if you want a full refund they say you have to find them in CHina as they give you no return address.
WORST SERVICE EVER. THEY'RE THIEVES! WHERE IS CUSTOMER SERVICE NUMBER? I SHOULD HAVE KNOWN!
ROSELINLIN cannot be contacted by phone as far as I can tell. They will not talk to you or refund your money. My items were ordered almost two months and they were never delivered. ROSELINLIN basically stole my money.

It's very difficult. Their customer service isn't real. It is a recycled email that doesn't even respond to your needs. Also, America won't let you return items to China so you will be stuck with them.
I did eventually receive my order, but had to wait many weeks. According to tracker, it went to many cities in the US which were very distant from my address.
Hopefully you never get the items because they are garbage. Don't look like the pictures at all. Also, America is not allowing merchandise to be mailed to China so you will be stuck with the crap they send you.
This is the same canned answer they give everyone. Good luck with them following up on your request. You may as well kiss your money goodbye.
