They don't have a real customer service. They just keep sending the same email to you while not addressing your concern. They are a scam. Plus America is not letting anyone send merchandise to China so you are stuck with that garbage.
There is none. It's a scam. Unless, you can read Chinese, that may give you a clue. I bet it says "You dummies, we are scammers and will not get back to you". Live and learn. I did. I lost $91.67.
China. Read the fine print on the website for returns. Any return will cost you more than you paid for it, so good luck if you don't like it.
