I know right don't ever order anything you really want because it will either be to big usually to small and my best advice is to not waist your money :(
I think with 5,000 comments on the horrible quality, sizing, customer service and shipping it wouldn't be difficult to figure out to stay clear of this place! The very few comments regarding anything good is nothing by rosegal people scamming for better reviews.
I did not have a pleasant experience with them; The quality of the clothing is very poor; They tried to pass off clothing that was similar to what I ordered; One of the dresses had a black stain on the back; It cost more to send it back than it was to get it here. They did refund me a portion of my money once I got more aggressive with them. Believe me, I will never use them again.
I ordered on 7/4 and still don't have my order. I'm chalking it up as lost money.
You can email them but it's pointless. IF and I do mean IF you get a response it's so worthless you just sit there shaking your head. I wrote that the pants are 10 sizes too small and the chiffon is netting. I got an answer that the camera makes things look different. Da hell?

Also after your package leaves the shipping facility it's out of their hands and out of their control. I recommend going back through your emails and finding the tracking number to track it. If there's not one - email customer service asking for one. I've always got a tracking number with a picture of my package and the shipping company! Remember this too - even though you might pay for over night shipping, it's the shipping companies job to do that - not rosegal! I've ordered items from Amazon and Overstock (state side companies) and got it considerably later than I paid. Once my items left them they had no control over it. I hope this information helps!
