I ordered on 7/4 and still don't have my order. I'm chalking it up as lost money.

Good luck getting it! Mine took over a month and when I finally received it I was so disappointed! I could've made it my self. Not to mention it arrived in the tiniest package that fit in the palm of my hand. Wore it once and washed it and the colors (red & white) faded right away as if I had the shirt for 5 years! Never again will I order from there, paid extra to have it for the 4th and it came two weeks later. Waste of time & money... They show you such adorable clothes and when you actually get them you see it's something you could've made yourself and probably a lot cheaper! Had I of read the reviews before ordering I never would've bought it.! Good luck!

It took a while to get my order from them, but it IS coming from China, so I wasn't surprised. What bothered me was that the things didn't look or fit like they were supposed to. I read all the reviews that said to order a size up, but EVERYTHING was still WAY too small even one size up. We had about 12 things and ALL of them were too small. I could NOT get them to help me with a return so I ended up giving the whole bunch of new things to a friend who's daughter is tiny, so I wouldn't have to see the big package and get upset every day.

Basically. If you ordered thru PayPal call them and report rosegal and they should be able to get some or all money back if not then ya its a loss but hopefully they'll report the website and shut it down

I would keep annoying them! Email over and over... There is a number to call but it worked best when I let them know that I was going to post how horrible they are on as many sites as I could.

It always takes atleast a month plus. It will come soon, but you may not like what you recieve. If they reply to this saying sorry and they will fix it it is a lie they said that under my review and I was not contacted. Dont even bother talking to them they are rude and they lie.

I have an open disputed thru PayPal with them and they are still refusing to refund. This is not a reputable company and they are crooks. I have been dealing with them for over a month with no results and now PayPal is involved and still not getting anywhere :( money down the drain.

It took me two months to receive my item. It comes from China and beware it probably won't be what you expect. I purchased a romper and it looks like my niece made it.

Hey Angela I wouldn't give up. And depending on how much you spent every woman should be fighting for their money back. They won't give it all back but I got most of it back. And I will never order from there again. You have a tracking number so that should help. Good luck and don't give in to them. I would love nothing better than to shut this unprofessional website down for good. Very poor customer service.

I agree with the above timeframes delivery can take forever. I'm also in Australia but not in a capital city so 'expedited' delivery is not available. You do get what you pay for but I've found the way you wear the clothes no one could possibly tell how cheap they are, especially the shoes. So the only drawback is lack of durability which as they are high fashion you wouldn't wear them every day or go hiking in! Plus waiting forever, but hopefully they do get to you if they don't it is the carriers. Hope this

Probably not. It's only been 4 weeks. It takes 4-6 usually from China. You'll get it most likely. Do not fret.

There are a few factors to consider. I am in Australia and order regularly from China through e-bay and from Rosegal. I always receive my orders but I plan for a minimum of 6 weeks from the date that they advise they shipped ( not my order date). So I wouldn't say it is the company, I feel it is the postal service they use in China AND depending on the country YOU are in, your custom processes.
My first order with Rosegal took a while for delivery but then I started using expediated service and my orders now actually come quicker. Nothing like expediated shipping in my country or in the US because it IS a different country.
I have contacted their customer service once and they were back to me in about 42 hours. More than satusfactory. I have hever attempted to return anything because Australia Post charges to China are NOT inexpensive but the cost of the product is. But if careful in ordering there should not be any reason to want to return AND if consumers want to return these VERY inexpensive and free shipping to purchase items, they are on the wrong website and may feel more comfortable paying more and buying from their own country. I have adapted my expectations to what is provided from China and am more than happy with shipping times and will continue over filling my closet.
Another hint ---- if you are ordering from an overseas company you have not used before, I cannot understand why some reviewers would place a large expensive order as their first purchase. I recommend to order a single item first. You can place larger orders when you have gained confidence. I certainly did and now can't stop ordering!
You may wish to better understand your customs import roadblocks with China to see if it is a factor. Its perfectly smooth in Australia. In addition to Your country's possible custom rules, I'm guessing the delay seems to be with the Chinese carrier. Not Rosegal. So I agree, it is far from a write-off if it is in the last couple of months. Like Jaymie's answer, I encourage patience.

I ordered on 7/13/15. I got a tracking number on 7/14/15. And my order arrived 8/3/15.

I'm in Australia and had an order take 9 weeks and another came in just under 1 month, so it varies alot. You can get a refund to your RG wallet which i have done before if the order does not arrive. I'm sure yours will arrive but be patient.

You might get your stuff. I did get mine thank God but it was very cheap clothes. A lot of people are saying they don't get their stuff and no one ever replies. Good luck I hope you get your stuff.
