I had to file a complaint through PayPal, from what I understand this company will not allow returns. When they do they make you pay to send it back. When I filed through PayPal they only agreed to pay me half of what I paid.
This company steals your money and is a huge scam. It taught me a valuable lesson to check reviews before buying.
No address and no phone number, you have to fill out a trouble ticket and they respond. You won't like what they offer or suggest. Not worth it, chalk it up to a valuable lesson learned. ALWAYS check reviews. If you read we all did the samething, if it sounds to good to be true check reviews.
I can only say what everyone else is saying here. Don't send the order back because you're just wasting more money. I was lucky and got my money back through Paypal, but I would never order from them again, and I warn anyone reading this to just delete them from your computer. Anything they tell you is a lie - and if you send the clothes back then they'll just sell them to someone else. Just put it down to experience.
I didn't even try, buyer beware. I am a size 8 and 2xl top was to small. I'm sure any good reviews are fake reviews.
They will not give you the return address until you send photos/measurements and they agree to refund or replace

I don't know. I am starting to get pissed off MYSELF. I clicked on this website by accident only trying to check on my order from rose gal.com and read all these reviews. I too have placed my own order and never gotten a reply back or nothing. I have NEVER waited over a month to receive my shipments. All I do know is they tell you to submit a ticket. And they should contact you by phone or email. This place seems very unorganized. Thus unprofessional. I regret ordering here. I could've just paid a little more to get the exact dress. Now I am worried the dress might not even fit smh. I wish I can help... but looks like I been hoodwinked and caught through the same crosshairs and I am so sorry for you and us all. It's wrong to mislead ppl who spend they're hard earned money. I am getting pissed off.
If the items are damaged or not as described you can get a full refund via PayPal without returning them, just provide photos.
Otherwise unfortunately you're stuffed.
I'm sorry too Paula. I have had no luck trying to contact this fraudulent company. They are thief's and liars. I hope karma kicks them in the ***!
I think there scamming everyone cuz i never got my shirt either frigging $#*!s someone should report them if i knew how i would do it i think i just might do that the bastards hate rosegal so much
Their website is sych a scam. I haf to just cut my losses cause they never got bavk to me and the phone number provided is not a legitamit number. They sent me one item of the 3 I ordered and it was wrong. I ordered a large and was sent a 4x. No way to send it back. They never returned my money for the products they did not send. Everytime I inquired the link was not valid. Their site is truly a rip off.

2. How can I return purchased items to rosegal?
Before returning any items to us, please read and follow the instructions below. Please make sure that you understand our return policy and that you meet all the criteria. The first step is to contact our After Sales Service at support.rosegal.com, please provide us with the following information:
A. The original order number
B. The reason for the exchange
C. Photographs clearly showing the problem with the item
D. Details of the requested replacement item: the item number, the name and color
E. Your shipping address and phone number
Please note that we are unable to process any returned items which have been sent back without our prior agreement. All returned items must have an RMA number. Once we have agreed to accept the returned item, please make sure you write a note in English containing your order number or PayPal ID so that we are able to locate your order information.
The return or RMA process can only be initiated within 7 calendar days upon receipt of your items. We can only accept returned products that are in their original condition.
3. Under which circumstances would an item be able to be exchanged or returned?
At rosegal, we pride ourselves in the quality and fit of our clothes. All the Women's Clothing that we sell are designated as OSRM (Other Special Regulated Materials) and, once sold, cannot be returned or exchanged in cases other than quality issues or mis-shipment.
Quality Issues:
Should you find any item to be materially defective, the item must be returned to us in the same condition as it was sent within 7 calendar days after receiving the garment-it must be unwashed, unworn and with all the original tags affixed. Although we carefully check all merchandise for visible defects and damage prior to shipment, it is the buyer's responsibility to check the product upon its arrival to make sure it is free from any defects or problems. Damaged goods due to client negligence or items without their tags will not be accepted for refund.
Mis-shipment:
We will exchange your product in cases where the purchased product does not match the item ordered. For instance, it is not the color that you ordered (perceived color differences due to your computer monitor will not be exchanged), or the item you received does not match the style that you ordered.
Please note:
All returned and exchanged items must be returned within 7 calendar days. Returns and exchanges will only occur for eligible products. We reserve the right to refuse the return and exchange of any items that have been worn, damaged, or had the tags removed. If an item we receive has been worn, is damaged, has had its tags removed, or is deemed unacceptable for return and exchange, we reserve the right to return to you any non-compliant pieces. All product packaging must be intact and not damaged in any way.
4. Where do I return the item?
After contacting our Customer Service Department and reaching mutual agreement, you will be able to send the item(s) to our headquarters in Shenzhen, China. Once we have received the item(s), we will confirm the RMA information you have provided and review the condition of the item(s). If all of the relevant criteria have been met, we will process a refund if you have requested one; alternatively, if you have asked for an exchange instead, the replacement will be sent to you from our headquarters.
Never could get in touch with them. A total scam. Couldnt wear shirt I got either but didnt pay much so wont return for refund. These people are crooks sorry I dont have any answer for you. I will check reviews before I make any other on line purchase. I am trying to get them banned from any facebook advertising. They need to be shut down. Good Luck
For the clothes sizes, the size information for each product is different, but we provide size chart and size conversion chart for each item. You may check them under the description of product. The specific measurements are accurate in the size chart. Please refer them to choose your suitable size.

1)Could help us to take a photo(photos) of the item(s) while placed on the ground and placed a ruler or measuring tape to measure out the difference?

I am sorry I do not have their address. I did not accept the package. All the response I have been getting is from email here is their email address http://support.rosegal.com/index/index/review I am still fighting with them to get my money back. I am told by DHL that to return the package to Rosegal would be on the buyers expense as Rosegal will not pay for the returns and has told DHL this they will keep the product at the local DHL place for 30 days and DHL has the right to do what ever they would like with it. I will continue to email them until I get my money back and tell whoever will listen that ROSEGAL is the most awful place to deal with and if you don't think so read the policies before you try to buy anything from them. This is a scam. I saw them on Face Book. I am wondering if we can get them to remove Rose Gal. That would at least cut into their business. I never got my order, and they said they would reimburse me, but I haven't seen any money either. I ordered in Aug.
Go to rosegal and go to customer support, send message.
I don't know their address... I never got my items so I didn't have to figure out how to return them. After posting on this site they offered a full refund but I still have not gotten it.
And you will continue to keep asking. My suggestion is to contact your bank and see if they can get you a return. Rosegal won't even respond to any of my customer tickets that I write up.
Have you logged in and gone into your profile in your account. Have you checked My Messages to see if your query ( ticket) is listed and if it is you have a response ir status uodate? Also, check that your query ( ticket) is actually is listed in My Messages. It will also show the status of your request. If you don't see it, I suggest you may not have lodged your ticket properly to enter their system and be actioned. So perhaps recheck how to lodge a ticket and then lodge it again to make sure it goes into their system to be actioned. If I look at mine this way, I can see any tickets I have ever lodged and the status eg processing, closed, waiting for a reply.
Second, may I suggest checking what your postal service will charge you to return the parcel. You may likely find that your country's postal service charge a fortune to China. Based on how inexpensive the cost of the clothes, it might not be worth it as you are responsible, like all companies, for the cost of returns.
Sorry to hear about your sizing predicament. I became addicted and ended up ordering 36 items over several orders. I'm still waiting for some to arrive
( it can take 6-8 weeks for the free delivery option to my country.) But that would be because of the Chinese postal service and not Rosegal. I had one
Item too small in my first order, then learned to check the measurements for EACH item as they are non standard sizing with an international market. I made the mistake of ordering a size up a couple of times and they were too big. I loved them so much I reirdered in a smaller size and gave the larger away. All part of internet shopping.
To Christine H who commented. Did you check the status of your order in your account. It will show you which items have been shipped and which haven't. If they have been shipped, it is out of Rosegals hands. Think of it as you mailing a parcel. You got it to the post office just fine. But if you didn't pay the Post Office for tracking, is there any point in the persone you mailed it to yelling at YOU?
Hope these suggestions help. I spent time looking at all the information on their website (there is heaps) and also checking out all the information available in my account that I hadn't known was there until I checked it out recently.
Also, like Crystal B in these replies, regarding my initial order and too small size- as requested by Rosegal I took a picture of the item next to a measuring tape. They had me pick something else as a replacement because the measurements really weren't the same as listed and not just me who didn't check before ordering. It was all smooth.

I have no idea, I started receiving emails regarding my email and now all off a sudden they have gone quiet again. They are nothing but scammers! Hope they enjoy the money! Idiots!
When you receive your package, there should be a return address on the surface of the parcel. Try returning to that address. You also need to contact the customer service through the request a ticket to tell them that you are returning your order and ask for refund. You also need to show your order number, order date to them too.
Also their sizes are smaller in measurement than the international size, because they are measured by Asian women size, who are generally smaller than women of other ethnic groups. So if you wear small. Size, you need to order size L, if you wear size M, you need to order XL, and if yours is L, you need to order XXL.
I haven't recieved anything yet so don't have a clue of the return address, sorry.
Don't even bother returning it cuz you will have to ship it back to China and it will cost $$. Best thing to do is to dispute it with the credit card you used. Sounds like PayPal won't give you a full refund. So contact the CC and tell them that you have been a victim of bait and switch. I purchased mine through PayPal but used American Express. I got a full refund. Good luck!

Rose gal will send your things, But they are cheaters and liers, the clothes are for little girls, why is because they do not tell the truth, all clothes are made for little girls, they will not fit you, there clothes are very cheap material, they lie, also by putting different advertisements on saying there some one else, They do not understand English, they are chinese [people,, they will lie and thats all i have to say about this company, it is a rip off, and you will never, ever speak to the manager or get though, there not from USA TO UNDERSTAND US, THEY WILL BEAT AROUND HE BUSH.
What is the cost of the item you wish to rerun? I retuned $87 worth of dresses and it cost me $55 for postage and I never got my money back. Contact BBB doesn't matter either because they are in China.
I don't know their return address. They wouldn't let me return the shirt. Their excuse for the package taking two months was that I paid for lowest level of shipping with no tracking. Then pretty much said too bad about the monogram being wrong! Horrible customer service!

The only return address I have is: ahappydealpayment@gmail.com. Whether that will work for you I don't know. I was able to go through Paypal to get my refund but it still took getting messages from them w/ no reply on the message. I don't think your chances are good if you didn't pay with Paypal.
Forget about them, you won't get your money back, it's a lesson learned, read reviews first before you buy anythimg, I am now the wiser.
I have a feeling that if the dress I purchased ever arrives it is going to be of inferior quality and I will not be wearing it. I will use as dusters and chalk it up to experience. I have already let thousands of people know that this company is to be avoided. Disreputable is one word for them. If you PM them on Facebook they will reply but it's seriously not worth the hassle unless you have spent a lot of money with them Paula.
China. And you'll have to pay shipping they won't refund your money nor will they accept the merchandise unless you send them "pictures" of the "item" go through PayPal if buoy can that's the only help you'll get
I complained to them via email that I never received my order and they refunded my PayPal account. I was very pleased with that.

I lost it... but I think, you better file a dispute about this transaction! Paypal did not help me very match- I asked for a return shipping cost paid by Rosegal, but PayPal ignored... Hopefully, you paid by credit card- they do better for their costumers! In my vision, this company is stilling money, buy selling trash and playing with very low price, triking people witha return address and a cost for the return back to China. In my case- I did not return that garbage-cost over 30$ to ship it back! My order cost 56$!
