I wouldn't give them information and would strongly advise not to order anything from this company. They are in China and quality of products is horrible. Returning something is nearly impossible.

DID YOU PAY WITH YOUR PAYPAL ACCOUNT. I CALLED PAYPAL AND THEY ARE INVESTIGATING ROSEGAL. I HAD BOUGHT 7 ITEMS FROM THEM AND TOLD PAYPAL WHAT A PROBLEM IM HAVING GETTING REFUNDED AND RETURNING THIS PRODUCT. BECAUSE OF THEIR SIZING IS WAY OFF AND THAT THEIR PRODUCT WAS NOT EVEN SEWN COMPLETELY.

Whether or not they are a huge discussion on this website. DO Not send any company photo ids for 'verification'. That would only be reason for a major Scam to get you into Lots of trouble.
Nonetheless, they are a terrible company for sooo many reasons!

Why would they need a photo ID? Photo ID's are used when the person is there to verify identity, age, etc. why would they need it for on line purchase. Something is definitely wrong there, ROSEGAL IS A TOTAL SCAM OPERATION, and because they are in China there is nothing USA can do about it, sucks.

This is the same scam they tried to pull on me. They are thieves and I have no idea how they are still in business. They not only asked me for the two forms if ID, but also asked me to fax copies of my drivers license and said they needed my bank account number. DO NOT GIVE THEM ANY MONEY. ANY INFORMATION AND REPORT THEM IMMEDIATELY! If you've already purchased from them using your debit card. Watch your account closely and you'll see that they continue taking money not authorized to take. A 20$ item ends up costing 170$ then you don't recieve what you ordered in the first place. This scam company also goes by other names as well. Dress Lily. Sami Dress and others. People stop using this company!

I would never do business with Rosegal again. Unethical and should be shut down. I have never received my order that was placed November of 2014 and it was horrible getting hold of anyone or getting any answers for a refund. NEVER AGAIN!

Definitely not! I will never order from them again. I wasn't asked to give ID, but I wouldn't have anyway. I wear a size L, but I ordered a XL because the size chart Said it ran small. The XL was a S and it was poorly made with cheap material. Be careful ordering from this site.

Absolutely DO NOT give them any personal information or ID. Cancel your order and NEVER order from them again. Read the reviews and you will understand why I and so many others are totally turned off from RoseGal.

I was not asked for that information but I have been very unhappy with my order. The sizes sent were way smaller than they should have been and it costs as much to return as my refund would be. I WILL NEVER NEVER USE THEM AGAIN AND I CAUTION YOU!

I ordered about 12-15 times. Once they asked me for ID/docs. I cancelled the order. They haven't done that again, so far. I would never give them photo ID.

I have bought from here 3 times already. Delivery takes 2 months since I am ffrm SA. But I receive wat I ordered. They neva asked me for my IDnumber or ne other personal details.

Woah that's weird. No! Don't send them any photos. From my previous shopping from rosegal I had a good experience and wasn't ever asked to send anything of the sort. Cancel the order and maybe try again but if they keep asking you then don't risk ordering anything from them.
