I think all the negative reviews indicate you have a small chance of being satisfied with your purchase. Poor quality, inconsistent sizing and refusal to provide 100% refund of your purchase price if unsatisfied means that there is a strong chance you will not be happy with the result. Everyone should just remember that you get what you pay for. If it looks to good to be true... you know the rest!

You might get them, the quality of the clothing is not worth how cheap they are. You will be very dissatisfied from the clothing they send you! Find anywhere website, they should be closed down!

Took a LONG time to receive. I did receive the correct swimsuits and in better than expected quality. My problem is terrible sizing and getting a refund! Unless your the size of a 5yr old, don't expect the order to fit. You really need to want it badly!

Is terrible quality, the fabric make them looks like lingerie and the size are not what you expect even follow the sizes table

I worked all my life for the money that I have today. All I can say is, buyer beware! I have read on some of the reviews that people never got what they ordered or only got part of their order. It comes from China, yes it's cheap, you pay for what you do get or don't get.

I would not risk it unless you like throwing your money away. As I stated I ordered over a month ago, have not received the item or a response from them about it., and according to other reviews that did receive their order the quality was cheap. I guess that saying you get what you pay for is true. Don't let the cheap price pull you in. You are better off to go to a company you trust even if you have to pay a little more.

I only ordered from them twice. Both times took a really long time to get my order (1-3 months). The 1st item was made cheap & fell apart after wearing it twice. The second was horrible. It looked nothing like the picture. It was made very cheap. It look like little kids dress up clothes.

Dear, I don't think you will get any better service in your Country than the USA. This is a big conglomerate- many businesses under one large company. They are all the same, poor quality, poor service and I believe they make most their money by people giving up. If you look at this site you will see that it is subsidized or an off shoot by the Better Business Bureau. Government funded. These many people with great reviews are small people in size because these products are coming from China the size chart looks like it is for us but Chinese people are small. Some places in China have nice items but you need to order from a website that holds them to product and service standards or they will shut their store down. I did notice another place Gearbest who sent my Husband a watch for $10 that does not work. Now he isn't going to want to bother trying to get that back. When the 2 swimsuits came for my daughter the underwire was so far out of the suit they had to have seen it and using the chart they provide, there was no way it would ever fit my daughter because of her bust size but its not written in a way you understand the size chart, ordered off it just like those numbers are the same in the U.S. I also checked out a website for my daughter called sweetadditictions this was also one of these stores that I found listed with this site and the BBB. These little stores are all over the internet and they are run by one large company. The top I ordered the cuff was so tight I could not put my arm it in and I didn't even bother trying to get my money back. If you read the reviews, the people where people are so happy. They are either very small and did not get the smelly or moldy products I have read others complain about or it is possible false reviews are being left since I know a soft ware company in the U.S. is involved that handles the calls but not the merchandise, that is where I sent my order back in the hopes My Bank would refund my money even though Rosegal would not send me a return address even after filing 4 customer tickets. Said not to because Rosegal would not provide me with a return address. Rosegal had a partial return address on my package, told me when I had problems not to send to that address, they never gave me the address. I had 4 tickets I put in trying to get any response. They offered half my money and I want it all. It has been a year now and whereas I can't find the mailing receipt from the Post Office where the bank suggested I send it to the software company I have pictures of it. I intend to take my correspondence to the bank, with the pictures and many complaints especially someone on here with the initials LJ H who can really tell you whats going on with all this. If you want to order try and find something on Ebay. They have a Global Shipping Company and will back you on any problems. You can find these same clothes you like if you find one item and then go to their persons store that you are interested. If you have any problems Ebay will back you. Also Amazon and Etsy. Do not take a chance with your money. If it looks to good to be true... after all look at the money the people have on this site. Consider how much US money is worth. They sell these items for so few dollars that other than the principle, ethics morals, rights.it is easier to let it go.The people that have good luck with Rosega, good luck trying to get your money back if there is a problem... it will never happen. Sorry this is long in coming and repetitive. I can only see to small lines at a time when I write and I wanted you to be as informed as I could be. I so hope you did not. If you ever want to order from a place you have a question about I would be willing to look it up for you.
