So sorry to hear this Amy B-- you will probably never see your order, nor will their so called customer service offer you any genuine help. They will ignore you and keep your money. If you need a dress for a special date, then go out to a real store and buy one. Rosegal is a company in deepest darkest China- and so they can get away with anything-- its not like the Better Business Bureau can do anything! They don't care- all they want is your money!

Honestly it probably won't be :( it took almost a month for me to get my stuff and everything was way too small! A 12 year old little girl it would of fit perfectly... the dress I bought I can wear as a shirt :(

Sorry sweetie if I were you I would go out and buy a dress... You will probably NEVER receive your dress. If you do receive it will more than likely not fit or will fall apart as soon as you put it on... sorry a hard lesson to learn. Hope you haven't lost to much money on this deal... STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY ALTOGETHER... AND OTHERS TRADING WITH SIMILIAR NAMES...

Mine delivery time was at least a month and when it arrived one dress was the wrong size and the other shrunk, will never use them again. Get a dress from a reputable shop

I never got the item/items I ordered at all. They took my money from PayPal and delivered no product. After numerous attempts to contact rosegal and all they're excuses, I've decided to let it go as I knew I would never get the product I paid for. Lesson learned. This company is a scam. Hopefully you get your product, but from others I've also learned if and when the product is ever delivered, it was not what they expected. Poor quality, improper sizing and damaged goods are what is being delivered. Worst online company ever!

My order didn't take too long really - a couple of weeks? Good luck with the quality and size though. Their products can be terrible. I will never order again.

One dress took three months and the material was paper thin. I'm still waiting for my other dress that I ordered on September 4th. I'd go to a real store if I were you. That being said, I hope your experience isn't like the rest of ours and that you get your dress for Christmas. Good luck!

Ummm it probably won't

I ordered my holiday shirt on 11/9. It finally arrived and took over 5 weeks. They say to allow for 10-30 business days. Merchandise comes from China in a small packed plastic envelope by regular mail.

The site says 10-25 business days... Definitely closer to the 25 (mine took a full month). Do not even bother with them. I'm sorry :(

For me shipping took as long as 3 weeks (from the time i got the shipment email).

No, you will not get it before Christmas. This company is a scam! Always read the comments before you buy from these companies. I didn't and I paid for it. The merchandise is not good quality and returning it is almost impossible.

It took almost 4 wks!

I ordered my one sweatshirt from them on November 7th. Kept trying to track it, sent several requests to "open tickets" to which they assign a ticket number that goes dead (the link) after a day. Sent a few emails, to which they responded with templates saying they'd get back to me in 24 hours. Which was not the case. I ordered standard shipping 7 to 14 days. The package arrived on December 12th, but I honestly didn't think I'd see it at all. So a little more than a month I waited for a poorly made garment. I suspect you might get it in the next few weeks, but it's a crap shoot with this company. Not worth any more future purchases. Also, their help number is bogus. It's not even thief company and you don't get a live person anyway.

Mine took about 3 weeks, but none of it resembles the on-line photos. One tank top stops mid-riff, everything else looks like it was assembled by children using a plastic sewing machine and the cheapest materials they could find. Don't give them any more money, and spread the word!

My opion I wouldn't hold my breath, but if in stock there is a maybe, dont get hopes up on what it looks like, and sizes run small, good luck, GOD BLESS

Although i received most of my order within a week, i didnt receive the dress that i really made the order for, and I still havent seen it after I sent in a ticket request. I wouldnt expect it to arrive if you havnt seen it already! Hope you get it or can get your money back! Total unreliable company!

I think I beat you all... I ordered on August 10 still no order n at this date no refund. Everytime I try to contact their customer service, a new ticket no. Is given. I think I have at least 10 different ticket no. At this point. Never again will I order from this company.

Good Luck. If it fits it might not be what you expected. I tried getting my money back for poorly sewn and un wearable clothing and they told me they would give me 10% of the purchase price back into my 'wallet' their version of store credit. Even if they were going to refund me I would have to pay the shipping to China. Lesson learned.

Believe or not I just received my stuff that I ordered two weeks.

They actually responded to me and said it could actually take up to 45 days to get my order and to contact them if I don't have my item within a month. Good luck but from reviews it's hard to say if either of us will receive our orders...

I can't say. 4 of the 5 items I ordered arrived within a couple of weeks but the 5th item took almost a month. You could submit a ticket to their customer service dept but they'll tell you that it can take anywhere between 10 to 25 days. I will say that when I complained to them that I hadn't received the final item, it arrived approximately a week later.

I ordered 2 tops September 20 and I still haven't gotten them. Try get your money back.

I would not count on it. My took about 10 days but tge order was not right. The blouse I ordered was an xl but was more like a small. I got a refund which did not take ax long as others because I used PayPal.

It took about three weeks to a month for mine to arrive. My issue was with the low quality of the items and the inability to return.

Don't hold your breath… I ordered my dress 2 months in advance… Granted… they received the incorrect address the first time but… I ordered the dress again thinking that since they had the correct address it would get here on time… This was 1 month ago and the new order is "still processing"… I apologize for being the barer of bad news...

You may get it by next Christmas. I would get another dress just for the fact if you do it wil be garbage. Good luck.

Shipping is about 3 - 4 weeks if you are lucky, the tracking numbers never work. And you need to order 3 - 4 sizes bigger.

Don't count on it. I have an order for Christmas presents that I have waited a month on and still can't even get tracking information.
