I personally wouldn't order a single thing from this website. You can find similar/nicer accessories from other companies with the same price, and not have to worry about being scammed. Just read some of the reviews and you will understand why buying anything from Rosegal is not a good idea.

Rita, the items they scammed me with were in fact jewelry. They took my money, never sent my things and I had to fight them for over 4 months to get my money back. Read the testimonials here and on FB at the Rosegal is Scam page. Don't become another victim of this company!

Dear Rita: i wonder if all those bad testimonials (mine included) have no effect on your decision. I would not order anything with these scams - note that there are enough honest sellers on Amazon and elsewhere - where one can see a deal through. Please save your money, your time, your energy and your hope - order elsewhere.

Deffinatly don't do it. I've had soo many issues with their items and most of there jewlery is really crappy plastic. Even tho its like 2-10 $$ for most... it's not even worth the 2 dollars.

As others have rightly pointed out, there are so many other options and honest operators! Don't do it and block them from any communication! Scamsters!

I Vaught there once. And once was too many! Their products are cheap, break easy and just not worth the hassle. I would not recommend going anywhere close to this nightmare.

Hi Dear, It has taken me over a year and will see if they follow through with the refund promised otherwise I will be gong to our Attorney General who care about consumers and Our State Senator. This site is Government funded, it is like the Better Business Bureau of the internet. Any time you order on line from anywhere check out the place on this site as I did when my daughter came up with another site and items she liked. You best order from eBay where they hold China to standards or shut their stores down.

I bought 2 necklaces from their site... 1 was descent the other was plastic and extremely cheap looking. I have not ordered anymore jewelry and never will again!

I agree with poor quality 100%. Their fabric is cheap. Strings hanging off everywhere as if they just sewed them... which I am pretty sure they did. If you order a size "Large" and you usually wear a 10/12 then do not buy it because their "Large" is not a true Large! It is a small! So, I am just out the $$$ because I will never be able to wear the product. I don't dare ship it back to them because I will never see my refund. I ordered my items on 7/22/15. The postmark on my package said 08/18/15 which tells me that they didn't ship it until I made a complaint on this website. Even then, I didn't receive it until 09/04/15. They sent me an email and said that they already refunded my credit card and that if I would come back on this website and post a positive review that they would send me a free gift! HA! HA! HA!... that has been over a week ago and I still don't have a refund, plus... instead of asking for me to say something nice, maybe they should really take to heart all of these NEGATIVE comments on this website and do right by their customers and just be freaking HONEST and handle their business in a timely manner and stop lying to us!

I am currently fighting to get my money back from them for an order I paid for on the 4th July! I will never order anything from their sites again, eBay and other online stores offer similar prices and most likely better quality! Don't do it unless you want to experience frustration and anger!

The jewellery I brought was a few rings for myself and bracelets and they fit perfectly and there beautiful and I'm very slender... Don't order lot he's because I'm Still waiting for my things. Your order will never come. They take your money add "insurance" onto the price then don't send the items. The only way I received my money back was because I paid through paypal. Then it was several messages back and forth and I wouldn't give up. They wanted me to close my case in paypal ( which I could never reopen) then send me what I ordered. I'm sure that would have been "lost" as well and this time no way of getting my money back. Just stay away as there are other legitimate websites to order off. Rosegal steal people's money.

I bought a beautiful silver bracelet and a toe ring for my sister. She loved them! She is very slender so if your not (like me) just make sure it will fit around your wrist. Returning things to this company is simply a nightmare.
