Why not ask the question on Roomster to our 24/7 customer service help desk? Upgrading your account gets you full access to your mailbox, send and receive voice calls, text messages and click through to all member's profiles on Facebook, Twitter, Linkedin & Instagram (when available) If you choose to use the free version of Roomster, you can do that, but you have to wait for upgraded members to contact you.
