Roomster subscriptions can easily be canceled at anytime. Just cancel your subscription on the site, in your "settings" or via itunes or Android Playstore if you purchased through one of those services.

You do not seem to have all your facts. Please give us your "friends" information so we can research this matter. We are very upfront about our rates, and the very easy cancelation policy, that only requires one click to cancel all future payments at anytime.

Upgrading your account gets you full access to your mailbox, send and receive voice calls, text messages and click through to all member's profiles on Facebook, Twitter, Linkedin & Instagram (when available) If you choose to use the free version of Roomster, you can do that, but you have to wait for upgraded members to contact you.
Lynn, its not difficult at all! We have a very easy to find "cancel your subscription" and "delete account link" Its rude to use the word scam, because we're not. We do not post any reviews.
