on 8/2/16You do not seem to have all your facts. Please give us your "friends" information so we can research this matter. We are very upfront about our rates, and the very easy cancelation policy, that only requires one click to cancel all future payments at anytime.
Agreed, I did not get the benefits they claimed... Only scammers from out of state / contacting me with houses that were not for rent and when I cancelled I continued recieving notifications and was charged for an additional week. I had to go to my bank to dispute as roomster customer service did not offer solutions nor did they offer refund... Instead only gave me instructions to delete account which I had already followed. They are continuing to use profiles that are no longer active to further their so and for financial gain. This is poor business and fraudulent activity.
