Howcome you never answer me back from mybemail? this js rip off! it cost only 1.95$, but you guys deducted me 39$ are you insane? this is so riduculous! if you see this email please email me jennifersalang@gmail.com

We apologize that you had this experience with the service. On our system you can create unlimited amounts of resumes and download them on plain text for free. In order to use the different templates and designs that we have available on the page you must be a premium member. We offer to our new customer a 14 day trial period for $1.95. This will give you access to the service for 14 days so you can try all the tools that the service has to offer. The auto-renewal of the account is listed as one of the features of the 14 day subscription. This information is also provided on the checkout page and a email is sent to the customer that contains all the information of the subscription. We are very committed to providing great customer service and again are very sorry that you had this experience. We take all feedback very seriously. How do you cancel? can't locate "my settings"

Hello Kaz M, You can send us a private message here and we will be glad to assist you with all your concerns as well we can assist you with the cancellation of your subscription. You can cancel your subscription at any time by calling. Our toll free line is 1-888-816-0576 representatives are available Monday to Friday 9am-9pm EST; Saturday 9am to 6pm EST; Sunday 11am -7pm EST. You can also cancel by logging into your account and clicking on the Name link. Then click on My Settings then Subscription and you can choose to cancel your subscription. You can also cancel your subscription by emailing your subscription cancellation request to customerservice@livecareer.com. Once your subscription is canceled, you'll receive an email confirmation. Often auto emails can get picked up as spam or junk mail. Be sure to check your spam/junk mail folder.

What is the total cost for 30 days of full service?

Answer:

We have the 14 days full access for $1.95. We indicate in many statements in the process of the purchase that it will auto renew after those 14 days for $9.95 per week billed every four weeks ($39.80 per month) as well that you can cancel at any time. Special offer available upon request.
