Why haven't I received my tablet by now I called months ago and a representative said I was all qualified and it should take 6-8 weeks

Took long time for the shipment of the tablet for me never got tracking number. Personally I would have had a choice I would have preferred a desk top. I don't have a sim card for my tablet so have to use own wifi, and it's never fully booted up. Takes forever and then it has all kinds of errors and will not function, been like this since day I received it.

Hi Scott,
I don't know why it's taking so long for you to get your tablet. Both my daughter and I have QLink service and we received our tablets within days of signing up. I would ask for a tracking number for the tablet and check to see where it's stuck. Hope that helps.
