Nope. Hardly ever. The phones don't even have enough memory to make calls after awhile.

I had the same issue. Worked fine for about a month then they claimed the sent a new SIM. Never showed up and have been without service for a month. Any advice as to how to switch or where to go? TIA

No. They lie and when you prove they are lying they just make up another one. When you finish proving them all lies they hold you hostage so you can't switch lifeline providers. Going through it right now, complete with an FCC complaint. They aren't providing my service, but being paid for it and they won't cancel my account. That's fraud.
