My experience with PsychicOz has been mixed. While the vast majority of readers have been capable and honest there have been a few that should just never have made it through their screening process. One turned out to be a complete scam artist and tried to con me out of hundreds of dollars. In some cases, a few apparently excellent readers abruptly disappeared. When I inquired about this I sometimes got evasive answers. One member of their staff, when replying to my queries got rather nasty and accused the reader of 'stealing' from them (I assume by coaxing readers to meet them off-site). I do not know what is going on there but I think they need to work on their business practices. So if you are noticing readers that are mentioned but not available on the website, I suspect it may be because they were abruptly terminated. I have experienced this a number of times with their "Rising Stars". They are on the site for a week or two, then gone. Do not ask why. You will be treated very unprofessionally if you press them to elaborate beyond their scripted answers. Positive and negative reviews? Most online review systems are worthless. This is no exception. You are given only 200 characters to elaborate if you wish to. Far too many 5 star reviews. Ridiculous.
One reader got rather hostile when I gave her a bad review. She was very out of touch with what others had read about my situation, and judgemental on top of that. She deserved the bad review but replied by telling me that if I did not like her reading that I should find someone else. OK, I will.
Otherwise, they are a good service with a number of stellar readers.
