Hi, why is it that the readers mentioned here do not appear on your website? there is no jordon, layla, xander or asher and all of these posts were made in the last few days. this sounds like crap and speaking as someone who is a customer, this really makes me angry and doubt the validity of the entire service.

I don't think it is harmful, but be ready to get different perspectives from different readers. Each reader will interpret what they sense/see in a different way but that can be a plus. It should give you a more complete understanding of the situation.
