I received my canvas and it is terrible. however i unthinkingly threw out the packaging. does printerpix refund unsatisfied customers?

Question:

Have used printerpix before with groupon and everything turned out fine. i am trying to get a matching stone plate and my groupon isnt working.

Answer:

Email Groupon or printerpix. They can work to fix, though when a groupon code doesn't work - it is frustrating.

I ordered something on 12/22. it was dispatched on 1/15, 2 weeks ago and still nothing. never again! when will i get my item?

Probably Not, I ordered a metal print as a Christmas Gift... Still Don't have on 1/28. Customer Service Department is rude, and continues to lie about item. GOOD LUCK

You cant that's why you should use image.com they do great work not junk

Lots of problems making a blanket. one issue is how do i make an image smaller on the blanket? when the software puts it in a box it cuts off part

How many photos can i put on a 40 x 30 blanket?

Answer:

As many as you would like! Normally you can fit 10 decent-sized photos on a blanket that size, but if you want 20 smaller photos you could do that as well!

After the first wash, it should come back to life. It's thin because it goes through a very heavy machine that presses down the image on the blanket.

I bought voucher from groupon for two-medium custom mink blanket, but when i applied the voucher, it didn't work, it only give me discount; and when i called costumer service and after all intro by automated machine, it never connected to costumer service. ...???

Answer:

The Groupon should be applied during the checkout process. It's going to be under the "Promotional Code" field. If you don't meet the requirements of the specific Groupon you purchased, it may not be working correctly.
