Sure, where Is my order... placed it on 5/7 and still nothing. Was meant to be a Birthday present from my 82 year old Mother... between waiting on hold for 30-60 minutes, told my order would be escalated and shipped asap, NOTHING. Now, no one answers your customer service calls, and all I get from your e-mail service is a rubber stamp 'we received your email' response. I am so disappointed.
This post is over 2 years old, but I'm sorry you had trouble reaching our customer service department. It has gone through a major rehaul and is now better than ever.
