Answer:

Did you pay with a credit card or on paypal? If so, you can open a dispute! Also, you can contact poshmark directly and threaten to open a case and report them to the better business bureau! They make it hard to find the contact us section but it is there! I did this with a set of bangles and they cancelled the order and i received a refund.

All scammers. Sellers are liars. Avoid Poshmark. Poshmark always sides with the sellers. Buyers have no recourse.

Answer:

Someone at Posh Mark signed for the purse. I have a receipt. I don't think it ever made it to the customer.

The only advice is not to trust a seller Even if that seller has a 5 star rate! They slip a fake everytime they can... there are good poshers who are true but the system is so corrupted that I do not recommend you to buy from that site anymore! Do not waste your time nor money there!

If it has been 7 days go into your purchase history and cancel the order, they are most likely not active on there anymore.

Yes! Poshmark makes the buyers and sellers do their job. So. They take 20% from you, however you police their site and do their job for free.

Answer:

The seller has 7 days to ship your item. You pay for priority shipping, but you rarely get that. On day 8 you can cancel for non shipment.
