The seller has 7 days to ship your item. You pay for priority shipping, but you rarely get that. On day 8 you can cancel for non shipment.

The seller has 2-4 days to ship your item then it should take 2-3 days after that. When u purchased the item. You can check on it in your purchases tab. If it hasn't been sent out you can choose to cancel the order. The seller probably is away and can't ship your items.
