I purchased Portforward in April and have been working through your online support system intermittently to try to get ports forwarded. I have submitted numerous requests through your online support system over the past month, and have yet to receive any response! VERY frustrating! Is there another way that I can contact support so that we can get my ports forwarded? If cannot offer support, then am requesting full refund.

I cannot understand this the service i got was exceptional check you are putting support requests in correctly i slipped up not reading the FULL INSTRUCTIONS.
