Hello again, Sabrina. All of your orders are in the account page, just select the order there and on the order page, there should be a confirm button. Here are some screenshots to explain how to get to that: https://imgur.com/a/cae9q Please note there is no order page in that example, but you can easily see it once you are in the order section. The important thing to remember is to never click on confirm if you are unsure with the order. If you think there is something wrong, click on dispute instead. You are given 72 hours to make a decision with this, and in all those 72 hours, your seller's payment will not be sent yet.
Hello Jesse. I can confirm that this is for order 3551253. The reason the payment was delayed is because it bounced back to us. You need to contact PayPal and have your payment option be verified, and once that's done, please post another question to let us know about it. We will release back the payment to you. Rest assured that the payment will be intact with us during then.
Hello Tyler. I apologize for the late reply. We require emails being sent to the support channel to come from the email address registered with the involved PlayerAuctions account. Since your Gmail is inactive, then you may email from a different email and explain that the Gmail account associated with your PlayerAuctions account has been deleted, and that you can no longer access it. Let me know once you've done that by posting another question, and please do include your username so I can track the concern from my end.
Hello Bojana. Congrats on your purchase, firstly. As for your concern, sorry we cannot provide support on game compatibilities. That said, GTA V does not run natively on a Mac. However, a trip to Google and you can find some info on how to do it. We cannot take responsibility for it though, so proceed with caution and at your own discretion.
