Hello Sean. Please contact your service provider and ask if Amazon SMS services isn't being blocked. Our SMS is handled by them. If you still can't activate the number, kindly email support@playerauctions.com and include your username; please ask our team to check your registration date, because if the account is older than December 2016, you might need to create a new account because the phone registration was introduced in our system after that date. Sorry for the inconvenience, Sean.
