The monthly plan is 19.99. And yes that is every month.

Hey Jasmine. When it says processing it means we have received your order and we're working on it. You should get other text and email notifications when order has shipped and delivered

I would like to know the same stuff about how the phone calls work also. Because I haven't tried that yet. I've just done the pictures and letters.

Hi Emily, photos are high quality in color 4x6. They are NOT paper printer material.

Answer:

Your order is going to process for a few days then say it's been printed then say it's been mailed then say finally after over a week it's been delivered, only then can you resubmit photos. This is not a truly unlimited site like they advertise.

Answer:

The $25 deposit is for the phone line. After this is paid phone calls will be free.

Answer:

Pigeonly used to charge for each service, it was fairly cheap, but now they've rolled all their services into one package - wether you use them or not - for a larger price. So, you'll sign up, put in your sons details & that's the account made. You can send pictures, articles from papers or magazines, postcards & you get a local number also. The local number is mostly for federal prisoners or for foreigners. I'm not sure how much the calls are. My friends calls are 15mins also.
