Rip off! They charge $19.99 for "unlimited access" to there services but they only allow one per item to be sent until they're delivered. Only at that point can you attempt to send anything else. Below I will attach photos of when I first sent some thing on May 10,2021 and it is now June 2,2021 and I'm still unable to send anything further because they haven't marked everything as delivered yet. They offered me a free phone line provisioning for a phone number(that my loved one CAN'T EVEN CALL because the number doesn't work) and then charged two times ($26.06 fora total of $52.01 in two days) for something I didn't authorize! And I tried to chat with them first, and on multiple occasions and it always said that they were off-line. So then I had to call and wait for a callback because they are never available. Once I finally got a callback on two separate occasions I had to explain the situation and they reassured me that they would refund my account. I received A refund three days later BUT they charged it back to my account the next day! I did not, in any way, shape or form authorize this and now I'm waiting for yet another callback to deal with this rip off company! My loved one has received only a couple of things in the month that I've sent through this site and the first letter that was mailed from them got denied because of an unknown substance on it! I called the company and they said they would reset my letters for the week and never did. This company is RIP OFF so be forewarned! I found much better apps and sites for Communication with my loved one that are much quicker and a lot less expensive! And these other sites actually help other families that are in need. Unlike Pigeonly that basically steals from people and doesn't deliver!

You are able to send more items at one time, you can send an order a photos, and then another order of letters, postcards, etc. at the same time, but we do ask to allow time to have the first order to be shipped out, then the system will reset itself, but if you call us we can have this reset for you so you are allowed to send more on the same day. I apologize this was not done for you by one of our agents when you called. In regards to being charged $26.06, we take these unauthorized charges very seriously and we will issue a refund.
