Yes, all our products are genuine. We buy all the products directly from authorized wholesalers and hence control our supply chain. All our products are genuine and are official versions manufactured by the same manufacturer who makes the equivalent product for the USA market.
Products sold on petcaresupplies.com are selected and approved by our in-house vet surgeons to ensure that they are safe and are from the brand name manufacturers

I spoke with the manufacturer. These may or may not be counterfeit but it is illegal to sell them to the US. Call Frontline and they will send the approved, legit product themselves at no cost.

They sent Seresto collars that are not made for use in the US. I contacted Bayer after I got them and they had me read numbers off the packages to them one number they asked for wasn't even on the package. The packages said they were from South Africa. Bayer told me that even if they did manufacture them they weren't approved for use in the US. It took well over a month to finally get my money refunded as I had to wait for the to set a return envelope which took over two weeks to get to me, and then about a month to get my refund after I sent it back to them It only took two days for them to deliver their junk. The return information on the package said it had shipped from England. I don't think it's possible to get something sent from England to Massachusetts. When I originally ordered my bank showed the amount I had expected to be charged had been withdrawn. The next day I looked again and they had charged another $4.00 and some change as an international fee. After the runaround trying to get the refund I saw they only sent the original amount back and not the international fee. I called them again and was told that was a charge from my bank and not them. I finally gave up trying to get it from them. I did check with my bank and they said the money went to Pet Care Supplies. The good news was I only lost about $4.00 to these crooks. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM PET CARE SUPPLIES!

I don't know where they get their products. My review concerned the way this company does business, financially and otherwise. Don't be fooled by the changes in address. See the Better Business Bureau for complete facts.
