How do I file a complaint about Usaa Federal Savings Bank. We had a refinance go beyond the lock rate deadline and they wanted to charge us a $2000 lock extension rate, even though it was no fault of ours it went beyond the deadline. I cancelled the loan and was given a contact name for complaints and the person hasn't returned any of my calls. We wasted over three months with this loan. What's my next move?
