I am in the same situation. As this is the second time I actually made a note of my details so I am 100% sure they were correct. It seems that their system randomly locks you out and keeps you out for a couple of weeks. I cannot give you a reasonable answer but they are never short of excuses. In the reviews above they keep blaming Christmas as if their computer celebrates Christmas. The only reason that they hold on to you money is to make a profit investing it. The computer can do any transfer in less than a second but they blame Christmas as if their computer went home to its family to eat turkey.

Malkah, the reason is Payoneer poor customer support. I assume when all is good, then all is good, but as soon as you have some issues, there is very low support from them.

Very similar experiences by my niece. For months she had been trying to get funds transfer to one of us banks. Talking to customer service is of no use. Contact Attorney General of New York.

You can access your Payoneer account on their website, than transfer that money to your own account. You can also link your account to your Payoneer account, than it goes automatically.
