I am in the same situation. As this is the second time I actually made a note of my details so I am 100% sure they were correct. It seems that their system randomly locks you out and keeps you out for a couple of weeks. I cannot give you a reasonable answer but they are never short of excuses. In the reviews above they keep blaming Christmas as if their computer celebrates Christmas. The only reason that they hold on to you money is to make a profit investing it. The computer can do any transfer in less than a second but they blame Christmas as if their computer went home to its family to eat turkey.
