In what condition do you get all your products in? New, as stated? Refurnished? Discontinued? Broken? And do you test the products you do get it to ensure they work and are of ANY quality?

In condition stated, i. E., new, reconditioned. I haven't made any returns but it doesn't seem to be hassle-free.
