I would like to know how you get a refund.  I Have written numerous e-mails requesting a refund and heard NOTHING!!!

Thanks for your reply. I will try them out as their hotel rates appear to be pretty good. The only downside that I can see is that the room descriptions on their website are not very detailed. I did call up their helpline and the operators were very helpful and attempted to answer my questions re: the rooms advertised on their site. When they couldn't help, they basically told me to contact the hotel directly with my questions.
