Hi booked 2 hotel in Spain , for June and sept cancelled both and had cancellation policy , they fail to refund money voucher not acceptable
Due to the Corona Virus I had to cancel my reservation. Having a problem with getting a refund. Who can I complain to
I booked 3 days in Spain with them for January as I saw them on trip advisor and top cash back to thought they were ok. Anyone had good experience?
I would like to know how you get a refund. I Have written numerous e-mails requesting a refund and heard NOTHING!!!
Thanks for your reply. I will try them out as their hotel rates appear to be pretty good. The only downside that I can see is that the room descriptions on their website are not very detailed. I did call up their helpline and the operators were very helpful and attempted to answer my questions re: the rooms advertised on their site. When they couldn't help, they basically told me to contact the hotel directly with my questions.
