Thanks for your reply. I will try them out as their hotel rates appear to be pretty good. The only downside that I can see is that the room descriptions on their website are not very detailed. I did call up their helpline and the operators were very helpful and attempted to answer my questions re: the rooms advertised on their site. When they couldn't help, they basically told me to contact the hotel directly with my questions.

Interesting discussion! I was fascinated by the information! Does anyone know if my assistant would be able to get access to a sample a form example to fill in?

The good news is they do have a real BBB profile online

It does appear they are fairly legit from that point of view... if you do book with them let everyone know how it turns out.

Has anyone had a bad experience with this website? I don't want to get scammed ie pay and show up at hotel to find that hotel does not have my booking
