They take a very long time to process payment i recommend making payment 2 weeks early. I know its ridiculous but, if not you could be incurring late fees

Generally, they take about 5 days and reporting is only done once a month. My account had a 2 month delay.

I got mine within about nine or ten daysactual days, not working days. In fact, it came faster than I thought it would. I didn't even check my mail on Friday or Saturday, but I did check it on Monday before Monday's mail ran and the card was already there waiting for me. I know I electronically transferred my deposit on the 13th of a particular month. The membership fee of $35.00 was charged on the 18th. I made my first purchase online on the 29th; and I walked around with the card in my wallet for a few days before I did that.

Frederick if I was you, I would call and cancel today if you haven't already. Ask for a refund of your money and be done with this Company. Otherwise you are in for a long journey of headaches and pain. There are tons of other banks out there with secured cards without all the drama and headache. Send them written request for your money and if they don't comply follow up with a complaint to the Consumer affairs office and the FTC.
